X TYPE TERRA S
Mounted X Type Disc Harrow
A Practical Solution for Narrow Areas
The mounted x type disc harrow is a highly preferred and practical tool for working in narrow areas. It offers excellent maneuverability and is suitable for use with low horsepower tractors. Its adjustment and operation are simple and user-friendly.
This tool is primarily used for secondary soil cultivation in field and garden farming, involving soil processing and mixing. It effectively breaks down and mixes plant residues, facilitating their rapid integration into the soil, which promotes their beneficial effects on plant growth. It is also utilized for blending fertilizers applied to gardens or fields.
The disc spacing of 175 mm is selected to enhance the pulverization effect. Additionally, a notched disc option is available, which is particularly suitable for grassy or heavy soil conditions. The disc angles can be adjusted from the points where the batteries are connected to the roof structure. By adding extra weight to the weight compartment on the roof, such as sandbags, the working depth can be increased.
STANDARD FEATURES
STEEL PIPE ROLLER
The rollers that make up the battery are made of steel pipes and steel flanges, providing resistance against impacts and breakage.
ROLLING BEARING
The bearing body and bearing covers, which are connected to the durable frame, are manufactured as special castings using CNC machines. The integration of high-quality castings and bearings ensures a problem-free bearing system.
STRONG & ROBUST CHASSIS
The frame is constructed with 80x80x8 mm angle iron and 80x80x6 mm profiles, resulting in a rigid and robust structure.
ANGLE ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM
The angle adjustment, which affects the working depth and pulverization capability of the discs, can be easily done through the slots on the frame.
PAINT
All our products are individually oven-baked at 180°C. This ensures protection against factors such as mold and rust, extending the machine's lifespan for many years.
OPTIONAL FEATURES
SLIDING 3-POINT HITCH
For offset operations between trees, the three-point hitch system can be optionally designed with a sliding mechanism, allowing for lateral movement.
HYDRAULIC SLIDING
By adding a hydraulic piston to the sliding disk harrow, smoother sliding can be achieved.
DISC SPACING
In cases where the soil is hard and rocky, steel rollers with a length of 220 mm can be used.
DISC DIAMETER
For hard and rocky soil conditions, discs with a diameter of 510 mm can be used.
TRACK CLOSER
The formation of ridges on the outer edge can be prevented by using a furrow-closing disk.
