Mounted Light Type Independent Disc Harrow
It is a soil cultivation machine that works by disturbing the soil from the surface while mixing the upper layers. It is connected to the tractor using a hitch arm. It easily breaks up stubbles and compacted layers in the field, prepares the seedbed, and helps incorporate post-harvest crop residues, weeds, or mineral fertilizers into the soil. It disrupts and mixes the upper layers of the soil, resulting in significant fuel and time savings. It breaks up stubbles in the soil that are disrupted by plowing or blasting and creates a smooth seedbed. It can be used for stubble cultivation, incorporating fertilizers into the soil, and shredding winter cover crops.
STANDARD FEATURES
STRONG DISC BEARINGS
Each disc is equipped with a specially made double-sealed radial bearing. Its unique design requires no lubrication during operation, protecting it from factors such as dust, water, and soil that can degrade its performance and lifespan.
RUBBER SPRING FEET
The shank connections feature special 35mm rubber blocks that retain their flexibility for many years. They allow the shanks to flex during operation, resulting in better soil fragmentation. In the event of encountering stones, roots, etc., the discs can lift up to 15cm.
STRONG & ROBUST CHASSIS
The frame is constructed with two 100x100x8mm main beams and reinforced with 15mm intermediate supports, providing strength and durability. Premium-grade standard profiles are used in the frame construction.
EASY DEPTH ADJUSTMENT
The depth adjustment can be easily made using a hydraulic roller. The roller is lifted up for the desired working depth and locked in place with two locking pins, one on each side.
PAINT
All our products undergo a 180° baking process, ensuring protection against factors such as mold and rust that can shorten the machine's lifespan.
FUNCTIONAL ROLLER
The notched roller with a diameter of 560mm provides effective fragmentation and ensures an ideal leveling effect. The roller system shifts the weight center closer to the rear hitch of the tractor during road transport, ensuring balanced and safe maneuverability.
FEET DESIGN
The specialized shank structure has an inclination of 18 degrees and a position angle of 12 degrees. Made from ST 52 steel, it maintains its integrity over many years. Its unique design enhances its resistance against breakage in any situation.
OPTIONAL FEATURES
BLADE ROLLER
The blade roller effectively breaks and crushes soil clods, providing optimal leveling. Its rotating motion also facilitates the mixing process. It loosens and flattens the upper layer of soil before seeding. It is suitable for medium-textured soils.
V-TYPE ROLLER
The V-type roller is an excellent choice for dry and heavy soils. It ensures contact between the soil and previous crop residues, burying them and promoting organic matter formation as a natural fertilization process. Its V-shaped structure and superior pressure enhance water absorption in the worked soil. The continuous pressure it applies, similar to a cylinder, results in excellent leveling of the soil. Its V-shape enables it to easily break down even large clods. It requires less pulling force, resulting in fuel savings.
PIPE ROLLER
The pipe roller offers advantages in terms of the desired working depth. With its cylindrical structure and lower shredding effect, it remains on the surface of the soil. It performs well in lightly to moderately compacted soils, compacting and leveling the soil surface. It has a gentle crushing effect and is effective in breaking down larger clods. Its lightweight design leads to fuel savings during operation.
U-TYPE ROLLER
The U-type roller excels in leveling capability while requiring minimal pulling force. It is highly effective in breaking down large, medium, and small clods. It is suitable for various soil types. The U-channels fill with soil during operation, increasing efficiency and ensuring contact between the soil and previous crop residues. Each U-shaped cylinder is equipped with scrapers to prevent any residue from remaining on the roller.
GEAR ROLLER
The gear roller, with its fine and closely spaced teeth, performs exceptionally well in breaking down soil clods. Its heavy-duty design creates an excellent soil structure for leveling. The teeth, used at regular intervals on the geared roller, effectively and successfully break down previous crop residues, ensuring their mixing and fragmentation with the soil. The fragmented crop residue enriches the soil with organic matter. The teeth create a porous structure in the soil during operation, facilitating water absorption.
