The feet are made of a special silicon manganese alloy with a square cross-section of 30x30 mm, heat-treated from reformed steel. They work, cultivate, and mix the soil without overturning it up to a depth of 25 cm. The double-wound square-section spring feet work by vibrating and tearing the soil, using narrow point tips or chisel-shaped tips in heavy and compacted soil conditions. Tiller preserves the moisture and structure of the soil and enriches it with oxygen and minerals through its vibrating operation. The specially shaped square-section helical feet are made of heat-treated reformed steel. They are produced in 2 or 3 rows due to their high frame or foot spacing, preventing clogging during stubble processing. In hydraulic folding cultivator models with spiral spring, the working width can be increased by increasing the number of feet in parallel with the pulling power. It can be easily transported on highways with the hydraulic folding system. It occupies less space thanks to its fully closed feature.

Thanks to the double-piston folding mechanism, it has a sturdy chassis structure.
STRONG & ROBUST CHASSIS
The chassis is made of 100x100x6 mm profiled steel and manufactured with a rigid and robust structure.
PAINT
All our products are individually oven-baked at 180°C. This ensures protection against factors that could shorten the lifespan of the machine, such as mold and rust.
OPTIONAL FEATURES
ROLLER
An optional groove gear roller can be added for shredding and ensuring balanced forward movement of the machine. It can be equipped with a single large roller or dual roller locking with a pin.
FRONT LEVELLING PLATE
The mechanically adjustable front levelling plate brings the rough irregularities to the same level to enhance the effectiveness of the rear-mounted legs and rollers.
REAR LEVELLING PLATE
The working legs bring the soil to a perfect level, ready for seeding, even for the smallest seeds like barley, wheat, poppy, and beet.
TRACTOR TRACK RELIEF
In damp soils, tractor wheels compact the soil. Equipped with tractor track embossers with spring to emboss the track after the tractor.
BALANCE WHEEL
The balance wheel ensures parallel operation. By evenly distributing the weight on the tractor's traction points, it achieves equal load distribution, resulting in fuel savings.
